Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of coachnotes.website and related software, booking, payment, note-taking, and client-management features.
1. Scope
By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you create an account or place an order online, the provider should present the contract steps, allow correction of input errors before submission, and send prompt electronic confirmation, in line with Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UCA; SR 241), Art. 3 para. 1 lit. s UCA.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate registration details, account security, and all activity under your account. You must keep credentials confidential and notify us without undue delay of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with security or availability, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform to harm others or violate applicable law.
4. Service scope and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5. Fees and pricing
Where paid features are offered, prices and essential price information should be presented clearly and not misleading, consistent with the Price Indication Ordinance (PIO; SR 942.211) and Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UCA; SR 241). Taxes and mandatory charges will be indicated where applicable.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, software, branding, and site content remain our property or that of our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
7. Data protection
Use of the service may involve processing of personal data. Please review our privacy notice and cookie information. Swiss transparency and data-processing requirements are governed by the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP; SR 235.1) and Data Protection Ordinance (DPO; SR 235.11).
8. No guaranteed outcomes
Unless expressly agreed, the service is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee coaching, business, therapeutic, or financial outcomes from use of notes, scheduling, or related features.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any agreed billing period.
10. Liability and dispute handling
