1. Price transparency
Any price shown on this website should be read together with the plan description, billing cycle, included features, and any stated limitations. Where prices are published, coachnotes.website aims to present them clearly and without misleading omissions, in line with the Price Indication Ordinance (PIO; SR 942.211) and the Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UCA; SR 241).
2. Billing cycles and renewal
Subscriptions, if offered, are billed on the cycle displayed at checkout, such as monthly or yearly. If automatic renewal applies, this will be disclosed before payment. Renewal charges are processed at the start of each new billing period unless the subscription is cancelled in time through the account area or the contact channel provided.
3. Taxes and payment charges
Displayed prices indicate whether VAT or other applicable taxes are included. Where required, VAT may be charged using the following registration: CHE-294.631.857 MWST. Payment service providers may apply their own card, currency conversion, or bank fees; such third-party charges are not retained by coachnotes.website unless expressly stated.
4. Trials, cancellations, and refunds
If a free or discounted trial is offered, its duration, conversion terms, and any automatic switch to a paid plan will be shown before activation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law, where duplicate payment occurred, or where coachnotes.website expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Order process
For online transactions, users should be able to review the selected plan, correct input errors before submitting the order, and receive prompt electronic confirmation after completion, consistent with Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UCA; SR 241), Art. 3 para. 1 lit. s UCA.
